Stellar provides a nice selection of website plans. You can choose one that is tailored towards your website’s goals. There are five categories:

Creating a Website with StellarSites
Once you sign up for StellarSites, your account will be setup. It took about 5 or 6 minutes for my site account to be generated—you are notified by email when it’s completed. Once your account is setup, creating your website with StellarSites is a breeze!
Using the Kadence AI tool that is included with StellarSites, you are guided through the process of generating your WordPress website. And, you can use the AI technology to help you generate text about your business and website as well as suggesting the proper keywords.
You can then select the design and types of pages you want for your site.
And, you also have the option to add additional WordPress plugins if needed. For example, if you want to sell products, WooCommerce is added. If you want increased security, you can add the SolidSecurity plugin.
You can edit your new website from your WordPress dashboard. For example, using the WordPress block editor, you can easily swap images or edit the existing text on your website pages.

For those considering StellarSites, I would suggest having at least some exposure to WordPress. While creating your website is simplified, editing and customizing your site does require using either the native WordPress tools and interface or the Kadence WP blocks. Experienced WordPress users and those of you that have at least used WordPress once should have no problem. Absolute WordPress beginners may need assistance at first.
Website Speed and Performance
Like all of the current AI website builders, your site speed can vary widely depending on the particular theme design you use. In the case of StellarSites, the Kadence themes included perform on par with the other WordPress site builder themes we’ve tested. The good news is that with StellarSites you’re also getting quality web hosting from Nexcess/Liquid Web. For years, Nexcess has been one of our top rated WordPress hosting companies.
StellarSites actually preformed quite well in our speed and performance testing. While there was some variance, overall site speed and performance was as good as we’ve experienced using an AI website builder. If you want even better speed, you could switch to a more basic WordPress theme. However, because one of the main reasons for using an AI builder is to speed up and simplify the site creation process, we chose to use the themes included with StellarSites.

Customer Support
StellarSites includes easy to use AI bot chat that does a good job of answering basic questions. However, live chat support is not currently included. You can submit your specific issue via the chat support and the stated response time is a few hours. While that was sometimes the case, in other instances we had to wait longer. On the plus side, the support agents we’re helpful and professional in answering question and resolving any issues. However, the process of communicating via email sometimes makes the resolution process take longer.
It’s definitely our hope that full live chat support will eventually be included with StellarSites. The live chat support with Nexcess and Liquid Web has always been excellent, so I would encourage them to extend the live chat support team to StellarSites.

StellarSites is definitely an impressive AI website creation package for WordPress websites. All plans include excellent features starting with quality web hosting, Kadence Themes and design tools, SolidWP Security, Solid Backups, and Solid Central site management.
The StellarSites AI site builder does simplify and speed up the process of creating WordPress websites. And, we found website speed and performance to be very good—especially for websites created with a site builder. Also, I would rate StellarSites very high on the value scale—given that every plan is packed with performance, security, and design features that would cost extra if you just got a standard web hosting plan somewhere else.
I would recommend StellarSites for the following situations. If you have a least a bit of experience using WordPress, then StellarSites would be a great choice if you want to quickly and easily create a new website for your business. Likewise, if you need to create and managed multiple websites for clients, StellarSites includes everything you need for creating and managing sites.
Where I would like to see improvement is with customer support response times. As I mentioned above, while the support team is helpful, it can sometimes take a while for issue resolution. Hopefully, we will see the addition of true live chat support in the future. For that reason, as well as website editing requiring at least a bit of WordPress knowledge, StellarSites probably isn’t the best choice for absolute newbies (see the AI Website Builder Alternatives section above).
