Does Turbo Server Make a Difference? Yes!
My Hosting.com Swift Server hosting plan provides excellent performance and speed. However, I was very interested to see how much of a difference opting for a Turbo Server plan would make. Hosting.com has also revamped their lineup of VPS Hosting plans. The new faster VPS Hosting packages include the new Turbo Server platform that I mentioned above. Plus, you get a similar environment and benefits of a dedicated server at a much lower cost. You get your own allocated resources that give you more scalability, control, and customization.
Customer Support
Hosting.com provides 24/7/365 customer support via live chat, support ticket, phone, and email. While the support team continues to be professional and courteous, it does take longer to connect with a live support agent than it used to with A2 Hosting. Initially, you are connected to bot chat support. However, when I did get a live support person online, they were able to answer my questions. Overall, while the support isn’t as quick as it used to be, I’ve still found it effective.
Recommendation
For high speed hosting or WordPress sites, Hosting.com is a great choice. Based on my experience, they provide hosting plans with all of the important features you’ll need for your site. And I’ve found the combination of their Turbo Server platforms, optimized WordPress environment, and excellent customer support makes a top web hosting provider.

They (A2Hosting) are doing an upgrade as they got sold-out to Hosting.com so they only care about $. I can’t get anyone to help me with my server password, and I am lied to over and over, their chat does not work, website is 1/2 a–and broken, just a complete crap service.
