From my experience as an InMotion Hosting customer for many years, I can honestly say that the customer support I’ve received has always been outstanding. Normally, I prefer to use their live chat support. As you can see from my previous post on customer support times, their response time continues to be the fastest I’ve encountered.
However, there may be times when you’d rather find help on your own or you need a detailed help document. In those situations, you can use InMotion’s Support Center. They have just recently posted a video showing the various ways to get the information you need.
The video shows the three ways you can get help form the InMotion Support Center:
1. You can browse the Support Center.
There are many links to various topics you may need information on.
2. Searching the site.
You can also use the search bar feature to search for a particular topic.
3. Contact the Support Department.
You must login in to use this feature.
You can submit a question or you can also add a question to an existing article in the comments section.
While I would recommend using the live chat support at InMotion (you don’t have to be logged in either), it’s also good to know there are other customer support options available.
