As an InMotion Hosting customer since 2009, I have continually experienced excellent service and support from this web hosting company. The Business Hosting plan at InMotion provides all of the important features I need for a successful online presence. I have multiple websites hosted with InMotion, and they all perform well with great speed and uptime.

Here, I thought I would post some updated notes as far as how InMotion has performed as we move through 2016.
InMotion Control Panel and AMP
InMotion continues to use cPanel as their control interface and it continues to be my favorite working environment. I also like that your account and billing information is accessed in a separate area. The Account Management Panel (AMP) provides an extra level of security for your account details.
Site Performance
Site load times and availability continue to be excellent. The InMotion Max Speed Zone Technology continues to provide faster performance. And the upgrades to the server and network environments performed last year also have improved server efficiency. As I have done in the past, I recently checked my server error log which continues to be error-free.
Customer Support
Absolutely no complaints here. The support at InMotion continues to be top notch. The response times are first rate and the support techs provide courteous and knowledgeable help. Also, in our Web Hosting Live Chat Customer Support Testing, InMotion Hosting was the top rated overall winner–with the fastest response times in the morning, afternoon, and nighttime.
Data Center
InMotion Hosting is continuously improving and upgrading their data centers. I’ve been able to tour InMotion Hosting’s West Coast Data Center in Los Angeles, CA, and I can report that all of their hardware is top quality and their data center operations are extremely efficient. There are even more exciting improvements coming from InMotion Hosting. Last year, they released their BoldGrid WordPress site builder, along with High Availability VPS Cloud Hosting. This month I transferred two domains to InMotion. While the transfer may have been painless for them, it was a worry to me, so I often wrote their support team, sometimes with silly little things I didn't understand or couldn't seem to manage on my own. InMotion Tech Support is patient, kind and always extremely quick to follow up. I also appreciate the articles in their Support Center, which are well written and concise. A+

I've been using InMotion since I started my business in 2012 and I will say that working with InMotion has always been a pleasure and a decision I will never regret. Their articles are very helpful, but if there's any major reason you should think of using InMotion, it's their support. I develop sites myself, but whenever I run into any issues running my project online, they are always there to answer questions and to explain how certain processes work on the back end. I still remember when one technical support worker went above and beyond his job duties to help me solve a problem I had with audio/video format conversions using PHP and a back end software, both to assist me and to personally enrich him. Again, if you should use them for any one reason, it should be for their amazing support.
I had a really great experience yesterday. I called because I couldn't update my wordpress site and I was receiving an error. The tech support people helped me back up my data to my cpanel, reset my cpanel password, quick fixed my directory issue and get my wordpress site updated. Also, I asked a question about security and they gave me a good answer right away.
Great customer support, answers are almost instant, patient and helpul support.
Just transfered my website from shared hosting and got best support ever.

I have been with Inmotion Hosting for a little over a year. I have never had any issues with the hosting. No down time, fast uploading and AWESOME customer service. I recently was not able to send in the monthly payment for my monthly subscription, i was given a grace period to pay the hosting amount. Once I got back my service was suspended. I called in, paid the monthly fee and everything was reinstated IMMEDIATELY.
In motion hosting is hands down the best hosting company out. I've used Go Daddy, Blue host, among others. They are all good. However, Inmotion takes the cake.
I used to think these reviews were fake, until I posted mine. :-D.
