While we like the support we’ve received at both companies, the response time and availability of the live chat support at InMotion Hosting has been superior. Also, the initial support agents we connect with at InMotion are usually able to resolve issues, as opposed to Jaguar PC where on multiple occasions we had to open a support ticket to get a resolution.
