InMotion Hosting Adds Skype Customer Support

When it comes to customer support, InMotion Hosting has consistently ranked at the top of our lists. For many years, I’ve experienced first-hand their fast, responsive, and helpful support services. One of the best things I like about InMotion’s support is that it’s available 24/7 by phone, email, and live chat. But recently, InMotion Hosting extended their support reach by adding Skype access.

You can get customer support by accessing Skype from InMotion Hosting’s home page or their support page.

Clicking on the Skype link at the top will open up the InMotion Hosting Skype window where you can direct your support call to the proper department (Sales, Support, Service, etc.).

Remember, you’ll need to have a Skype account and have Skype installed on your computer to use the new customer support platform at InMotion.

Although I’m not a big Skype user myself, I know there are a lot of people out there that are, so this new customer support feature should be a popular one. And as I’ve always recommended, you want a web hosting plan that offers as much access to customer support as possible.
