Gaining Insight from InMotion Hosting’s Recruitment Video

I often like to check on how various web hosting companies are utilizing social media—which of course includes YouTube. Most of the videos posted are tutorials or commercials advertising their services. But one video from InMotion Hosting did catch my attention. It’s actually a video made to recruit potential employees for the company. However, there is also an overview of the company’s services along with a good look at what goes on inside of InMotion.

I’ve always been impressed with InMotion Hosting’s customer support, and watching the video, you get a great look at the extensive and dedicated staff working in an open, casual but effective environment. Employees at InMotion are required to have extensive knowledge of web hosting technologies, email client setups, and language protocols.

InMotion has been one of the hosting companies I’ve used for years. They have always provided excellent services and hosting for my sites. Being able to go behind the scenes a little and see the actual company doing business, further confirms that they’re a professional organization that looks out for their customers and employees as well.

By the way, those who are interested in working for the company have the opportunity to pursue careers in systems, web design, QA, and management.
