What do SiteGround’s customers really think about their web hosting service? Rather than just recap the results of their recently released customer survey, I’ll go ahead and give you my thoughts based on my personal experience using SiteGround web hosting.
95.9% Satisfaction Rating
It’s no surprise here that SiteGround received over a 95% satisfaction rating from their customers when it comes to support. I have always been completely satisfied with the support I have received there. The staff has always been courteous and helpful. And, SiteGround has always had some of the faster response times when it comes to live chat support. I know from talking to SiteGround’s COO Reneta Tsankova that all of their support people have to go through an extensive training program before they even start taking calls.
96.7% Satisfactory Rating
SiteGround scored even higher when it came to security. I’ve not had any problems with my websites at SiteGround. Their optional HackAlert Malware Monitoring service has worked out very well for me.

SiteGround received equally high marks for uptime. Again, I have to concur with the survey results as performance and uptime have been excellent for me.

Here are a couple of interesting categories where customers also rated SiteGround very high—giving a 95% rating for innovation and a 97% technology rating. SiteGround has always demonstrated to me that they’re at the forefront of technology and innovation with their systems.
When I spoke with Hristo Pandjarov, SiteGround’s WordPress and SEO Expert, last year, he talked about their SuperCacher technology and how it improves the performance of your website, as well as some other tools that can boost your site’s speed. As I mentioned above, my website speed and performance at SiteGround has been great.
I also have to rate SiteGround very high when it comes to innovation. What really impresses me is that they’re always striving to get even better—as evidenced by their recent upgrade to their entire shared hosting platform.
SiteGround is one of the web hosts I recommend for WordPress. According to their recent survey, more than half of their new clients are WordPress users. I’ve been using their managed WordPress hosting for some time now, and the combination of features and value you receive with their WordPress hosting plans is outstanding.
I’m often skeptical when it comes to survey results presented by companies.
