Web Hosting Hub vs. IX Web Hosting (Jan 2018)

Both Web Hosting Hub and IX Web Hosting provide quality service and support. While Hub offers one solid hosting plan, IX Web has a number of different levels and types of packages to choose from. Marketers, bloggers, and entrepreneurs will probably benefit more from the unlimited capacity features that Web Hosting Hub gives you. IX Web Hosting may be more suited to business sites and webmasters that may need to upgrade or expand in the future.

In addition to business hosting, IX also offers VPS and Cloud hosting. One of the nice things about their hosting plans is that you do get a free dedicated IP. In dealing with each company’s chat support services, I found both to be excellent. In terms of user interface, I like Web Hosting Hub’s cPanel and Softaculous to install applications. IX Web Hosting uses their own custom interface which is also graphically based and kind of similar to cPanel.

I believe most people will be highly satisfied with either of these web hosts. One additional factor to consider is that Hub’s data center is in Los Angeles, CA, while IX’s is in Columbus, OH.
