Live Chat Support Test Results for 2015

The results are now in from our live chat support response time testing for 2015. Overall, I’m pleased to see that more of the web hosts we tested have seemingly made an effort to provide faster responses to live chat requests. As before, we tested the web hosting companies during morning, afternoon, and nighttime hours to get the best representation of how well their support departments perform.

InMotion Hosting once again placed first with the best overall response times. But, they had some fierce competition this time with companies such as GreenGeeks and WP Engine very close behind. To see the complete results and the top live chat support performers, click the link below.
