Today’s infographic is a review of our recent customer support response time testing of various web hosting companies. Specifically, we looked at how fast each web host responded via live chat support.
To get a more accurate picture of how well each company performs, we did separate testing in the morning, afternoon, and nighttime hours. Topping our list with the fastest times were InMotion Hosting, SiteGround, IX Web Hosting, WP Engine, and Lunarpages.
