Go Daddy to Simplify Website for Customers

Go Daddy is one of the largest domain name and web hosting providers. They offer a vast assortment of services. However, one drawback of providing so many options is that some customers may get lost trying to navigate through the Go Daddy website and their account settings.

Starting September 5th, Go Daddy will begin to implement some changes to their site in order to simplify things for their customers and allow them to more easily navigate around to find the information they need. This first phase of changes will make the login process clearer and allow easier access to important areas of your account.

The login button will now be clearly visible in the upper right hand corner. Once you log in, you’ll then be able to quickly view any upcoming product and domain renewals you need to address. You’ll also be able to view payment options and your order history.

Go Daddy promises many more changes upcoming. And while this initial modification to their site may not seem that significant to some, I can attest that there have been times in the past when I felt their website could definitely be simplified for customers to find information faster.
