Features

WordPress has always been a big part of DreamHost’s hosting lineup, and we’re happy to see that they now include pre-installation of WordPress. Jaguar PC provides one-click installation of WordPress via Softaculous in cPanel. While DreamHost’s pre-installation of the software makes things easier, keep in mind that with Jaguar PC you also get the BoldGrid website builder—which makes the process of creating WordPress sites quicker and easier. Also, with Jaguar PC you get a ton of other available web applications in cPanel.

Customer Support

It’s kind of a split decision here when it comes to customer support. Both DreamHost and Jaguar PC have helpful customer support teams. Response time is better at Jaguar PC, while DreamHost is a bit better at issue resolution with their first line support on live chat. With Jaguar PC, we’ve had times where we had to open a support ticket to get an issue resolved. Overall, we would give a slight edge to DreamHost here.
